Position Objective:
ACS Networks is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Quality Analyst (QA Experts) to guide the development of technical/non- technical solutions for our International Clients. The subject matter expert (SME) provides the knowledge and expertise in a specific subject, business area, or technical area for a project.

Expert in any one of these Subjects for Morning Shift (8.30 AM to 5.30PM)

Salary: UP to 27 K CTC per month + performance-linked, Linked Incentives

Office Location: Sahastradhara Road near IT Park Dehradun (Work from Office)

Industry Type: Education/Training/KPO.

Eligibility: Engineering in relevant stream/ PG and above with in-depth knowledge of any of the given subjects (Should have scored 7.5 CGPA or above in Graduation or Post Graduation)

Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT)

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development:
   • Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Freelancer, and 99designs.
   • Manage bidding processes and secure IT projects for web development, software development, and other IT services.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Team Management:
   • Lead and manage a team of developers and ensure targets are met.
   • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team for effective client acquisition and project management.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
   • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
   • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
4. Client Communication:
   • Negotiate project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
   • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Proposal Writing & Documentation:
   • Create detailed proposals, business plans, and presentations for prospective clients.
   • Ensure proper documentation of client requirements, project details, and contracts.
6. Collaboration with Teams:
   • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
   • Provide project updates and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
7. Performance Reporting:
   • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for business development activities.
   • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with a proven track record in business development.
• Hands-on experience with freelancing portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, 99designs, and others is a must.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, software solutions, etc.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
