Job description
ACS Network and Technologies is looking for a language editor to join our growing team of people working to redefine content and technology in the scholarly publishing landscape. As a language editor, you’ll work both independently and with a team of editors to deliver manuscripts that are edited as per journal/publisher style guides, and review all corrections made by authors/publishers. You will be tasked with maintaining a high standard of work through quality circles, among other methods. You will mentor trainee editors and identify gaps in training. You will also have the opportunity to make processes more efficient and be involved in improving the tools used in-house.

Responsibilities
· Edit manuscripts for books and journals, checking for spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and consistency, and rephrase sentences if necessary
· Edit manuscripts according to each publishers language requirements
· Mentor editor trainees, giving them constructive feedback, and review their manuscripts to maintain a high standard of work
· Review author and/or publisher corrections, analyze errors, and recommend training needs
· Lead quality circles based on error analysis
· Identify bugs in tools and record them for further analysis
· Make recommendations for automation where possible for more efficient processes

The ideal candidate
· A graduate with 2 – 5 years of experience in language editing of STM journals and books
· Someone with a keen eye for detail, and excellent verbal and written English skills
· An MS Office expert
· An enthusiastic learner with a passion for reading and editing

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive– IT Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling IT services and solutions, with the ability to develop strategies, identify new opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
· Promote and sell the company’s IT services, including:
o Web Designing and Development
o Mobile Application Development
o Graphic Design
o Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC)
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Work closely with marketing teams to create case studies, pitch decks.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with detailed funnel analytics for management.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
· Maintain records of sales activity and prepare regular reports.
· Comfortable working with clients from different geographies (US, UK, Middle East, Europe) and handling time zone overlaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Sales and Hands-on experience with freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru and others is a must.
Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, software solutions, etc.
· Capacity to translate technical solutions (like MERN, MEAN, React Native, Swift, Flutter) into business benefits during client discussions and Knowledge of email automation tools.
· Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Lemlist for outreach and tracking client communications.
· Familiar with using analytics and conversion data to refine sales pipelines and optimize bidding strategy.
· Ability to track KPIs like conversion ratio, response rate, average deal size, and repeat business percentage.
· Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and targets.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote ACS’s Edtech Portfolio.
  • Plan and manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and all social media advertising campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Perform keyword research, content optimization, and backlinking to improve search rankings.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience . Preferably from EdTech sector.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and paid ad optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency work (preferred).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO (added advantage).
